Own supply strength, corridor readiness, and fulfilment reliability at a national level. Build a high quality, scalable supply ecosystem across fleet owners and partners to support long distance movement.Why this role?The HCV business is one of the fastest growing verticals in the organisation. Intercity FTL is the next scale frontier, with a large and highly fragmented supply ecosystem. Winning in this space will not come just from demand alone. It will require building a strong, reliable, and well structured supply backbone across corridors. This role sits at the centre of that ambition.You will act as the national owner for supply in Intercity FTL, with a clear mandate to build depth, drive reliability, and create structure.Key responsibilitiesOwn end to end supply for Intercity FTL across IndiaBuild and scale a high quality supply base across fleet owners, partners, and aggregatorsDrive corridor level supply readiness to support demand growth and improve fulfilmentDesign and execute supply acquisition and activation strategies across key lanesEstablish strong partnerships and vendor networks to deepen supply coverageWork closely with pricing, product, and analytics to align supply with route level economicsCreate playbooks for supply onboarding, activation, and retention across corridorsIdentify gaps in supply density and solve for them through targeted interventionsBuild and lead a central team focused on supply operations and partner managementDrive metric visibility and review rhythms across supply, fulfilment, and reliabilityThe opportunityThis is a build role, not a steady state mandate. You will define how supply is built, structured, and scaled for Intercity FTL at a national level. The role demands a combination of first principles thinking and strong execution. You will be expected to operate with high ownership, shape the supply strategy, and translate it into on ground outcomes across corridors.Who should applyIndividuals with strong experience in marketplace operations, with a bias towards supply side problem solvingOperators who have built or scaled supply ecosystems, especially through owners, vendors, or partnersThose who have spent time in 0 to 1 or early scale journeys and are comfortable working in ambiguityCandidates with experience in logistics or mobility will be preferred, but not mandatoryIndividuals who are comfortable working closely with product systems and configurations, and can translate operational needs into system level solutions
