Manager – Land AcquisitionLanguage - Kannada is mandatoryIdentify potential land parcels aligned with the company’s development strategy.Build and maintain a strong network with landowners, brokers, and local authorities.Track market trends and upcoming growth corridors.Conduct preliminary feasibility analysis (location, zoning, ROI, development potential).Coordinate with legal, finance, and technical teams for due diligence.Assess risks related to title, encumbrances, and regulatory approvals.Lead negotiations with landowners and partners for outright purchase, JV, or JDA models.Structure deals ensuring commercial viability and alignment with company objectives.Prepare and present proposals for internal approvals.Work closely with legal teams to verify land titles and documentation.Ensure compliance with local land laws, RERA norms, and statutory approvals.Liaise with government bodies for approvals and clearances.Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (projects, legal, finance).Engage with external stakeholders including landowners, consultants, and authorities.Maintain detailed records of land parcels, negotiations, and transactions.Prepare MIS reports and updates for leadership.Track deal pipeline and closure timelines.
