Join us in redefining the future of finance through innovation, technology,and a commitment to financial inclusivity.Role SummaryRupeek is seeking a skilled Back Office Executive – Reconciliation to manage daily transaction reconciliations, month-end closures, and reporting activities while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and process compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform day-to-day transaction, Bank, and GL reconciliations.Ensure timely day-end and month-end closing activities.Book and review month-end revenue entries within defined TAT.Maintain accurate daily reports and escalate discrepancies as required.Identify process gaps and support implementation of improvements.Investigate reconciliation issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders for resolution.Maintain process documentation and support audit requirements.Communicate effectively with internal and external teams to provide updates and resolve queries.EligibilityMinimum 1 year of reconciliation experience (mandatory).Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.Strong attention to detail with good analytical and communication skills.
