About Position: We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Consultant to support the design, implementation, customization, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable technical solutions. You will play a critical role in ensuring the system operates efficiently, remain aligned with evolving business needs, and leverage the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates.Role: D365 F&O Technical ConsultantLocation: All Persistent LocationsExperience: 8+YearsJob Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do: Design, implement, and configure Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions based on business requirements.Develop and customize D365 F&O using X++, following Microsoft best practices and extension-based development.Provide technical support and troubleshooting, resolving system issues to ensure optimal performance and stability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate D365 F&O with other internal and external systems.Develop and maintain SSRS reports, data entities, and batch jobs as required.Use Azure DevOps for source control, work item tracking, and release management.Monitor and implement D365 F&O updates, patches, and new features to continuously improve system functionality.Assist with environment management and issue resolution using Lifecycle Services (LCS).Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation practices, and delivery timelines.Expertise You'll Bring: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.Solid expertise in X++ programming and technical customization of D365 F&O.Proven experience in technical support and troubleshooting within ERP environments.Working knowledge of SQL Server, including queries and performance analysis.Experience using Azure DevOps for development lifecycle management.Hands-on experience with SSRS reporting and understanding of SSIS for data integration.Understanding of the .NET framework and JavaScript for integrations and UI extensions.Familiarity with Lifecycle Services (LCS) for diagnostics and environmental management.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery models.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageCulture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certificationsOpportunity to work with cutting-edge technologiesEmployee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awardsAnnual health check-upsInsurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parentsValues-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment:Persistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
