POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for design and development of e-learning courseware for various modules; creating and maintaining PPTs, tutorials, and managing the internal LMS and other ad hoc knowledge management documentation deliverable.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSPRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop SCORM compliant e-learning courseware using authoring tools, specifically Adobe CaptivateCreation of software simulation tutorials with text to speechCreation of quizzes and assessmentsCreate PPTs from the content providedCollaborate with on-site team to ensure smooth delivery of the projectsMaintenance of e-learning courseware for various versions of the moduleAdministering the LMSJOB REQUIREMENTS:Experience in designing and developing e-learning course wareExperience working with an LMSKnowledge of instructional design concepts -story boarding, summative assessment, and formative assessmentsStrong analytical knowledge to be able to understand and analyse the functionalities of the productCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather informationEnsure delivery of quality course ware by following review and delivery processes and proceduresEnsure strict adherence to the delivery schedules and style guide complianceIndependent, self-driven, and collaborativeAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work well in a team, and with minimum supervisionQualification: Should have a Bachelor or Master degree from reputed university with good command over EnglishExperience: 6+ years of relevant experience. Skills:Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)Product Documentation skills and convert to story boardsBasic HTMLScreen Capturing toolsDocument Authoring tools – MS Word and PPTNice to have skills:Articulate 360 knowledge.
