Job Title:Application Support Engineer – D365Role Overview:We are hiring an Application Support Engineer with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to provide L1/L2 support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth application operations. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to resolve incidents and improve system performance.Key Responsibilities:Provide L1/L2 support for D365 applications as per SLATroubleshoot application, data, and user issuesMonitor system performance, logs, and alertsEscalate complex issues to L3/vendors when requiredSupport deployments, UAT, and release validationsManage user access and basic configurationsDocument incidents, RCA, and maintain knowledge baseCollaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular updatesRequired Skills:3+ years of Application / Production Support experienceHands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) (Customer Service / Field Service / Dataverse / Power Platform)Experience with mainly /"Kafka/". Addons- ServiceNow or JiraBasic SQL knowledgeStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsUnderstanding of ITIL processesGood to Have:Exposure to Azure or cloud platformsExperience with monitoring tools and log analysis
