We are hiring: Commodity Trader (Agricultural Commodities)We are looking for an experienced Commodity Trader to join our Trading team, supporting the development and execution of trading strategies across agricultural commodities in both domestic and international markets.This role plays a critical part in managing origination, pricing, execution, and risk exposure, ensuring optimal trading margins while maintaining alignment with internal risk frameworks and market dynamics.Key responsibilities include:• Execute physical trading transactions across agricultural commodities, including grains and related products• Manage pricing strategies, margins, and spreads in line with market conditions and company strategy• Monitor futures markets and implement hedging strategies where applicable• Analyse market fundamentals such as supply-demand dynamics, crop conditions, trade flows, and inventory levels• Collaborate with logistics, execution, sales, and analytics teams to ensure efficient trade lifecycle management• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, brokers, and key market participants• Manage market exposure and ensure adherence to approved risk limits and governance frameworksIdeal candidate profile:✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in commodity trading, preferably within agricultural commodities or grains✔ Strong understanding of physical trading, derivatives, and risk management✔ Proven ability to manage trading P&L performance and market exposure✔ Strong commercial acumen and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, volatile market environment✔ Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends✔ Experience working across domestic and international supply chainsThis is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic trading environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and drive commercial performance.
