Dear Candidates,Greetings from TCS!!!TCS is looking for MS Dynamics applicationsExperience: 4-8 yearsLocation: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, KolkataDate of interview: 11/04/2026Mode of interview: VirtualJOB DESCRIPTION:Provide Level 2 support for Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX 2009 / AX 2012 / D365 F&O – specify if needed)• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical issues• Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within defined SLAs• Perform root cause analysis and suggest permanent fixesFunctional Areas• Support one or more AX modules:• Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA)• Supply Chain / Trade & Logistics• Inventory Management• Production / Manufacturing• Sales & Procurement• Understand business processes and map issues to AX functionalityTechnical & Data Support• Debug issues using X++ code (basic to intermediate)• Run SQL queries for data validation and issue analysis• Support batch jobs, integrations, and data imports/exports• Coordinate with L3/Development team for code fixes and enhancementsUser & Process Support• Interact with business users to understand issues and provide solutions• Prepare and maintain support documentation and SOPs• Assist in UAT testing and deployment support• Support month-end / year-end activities if required
