We are now setting up a dedicated banking operations function in Mumbai.Role Summary:We are looking for a Senior Manager to drive banking alliances for OnMeta. The primary focus is onboarding multiple banking partners, getting payment integrations live, and ensuring ongoing bank support for our platform. You will work directly with the founding team.Responsibilities:Identify, onboard, and manage multiple banking partners for fiat collections and settlementsDrive payment rail integrations end-to-end — UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and payment gateway APIsEnsure continuous bank support and resolve integration or operational issues with banking partnersSet up escrow, current, nodal, and collection accounts across partner banksManage collections, reconciliation, and settlement operationsOversee treasury and daily fund position managementEnsure compliance with RBI, FIU, and FEMA regulationsWork with product and engineering teams on CBS and payment API integrationsRequirements:5-8 years of experience in banking alliances, payment integrations, or banking partnershipsPrior experience at a fintech, payment platform, bank, or digital service providerHands-on with bank API integrations, CBS, and settlement systemsStrong understanding of Indian payment infrastructure — UPI, NACH, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, escrow and nodal frameworksProven ability to build and manage corporate banking relationshipsBased in Mumbai or willing to relocateGood to Have:Experience with crypto or digital asset platformsWorked with FIU-registered or RBI-regulated entitiesExisting relationships with banking teams at major Indian banks
