Your work will make history and help millions of lives each day come together around the joys of food and inspire their well-being.Audience Product Manager Job Description:The Audience Product Manager will lead the enterprise audience lifecycle spanning Intake, Data Ingestion, Audience QA/Preview, Activation & Destinations, and Governance & Metadata. The role partners closely with Engineering, Marketing, CRM, Marketing Operations, and Data Science to deliver shared audience intelligence across the organization.Main Responsibilities:Own capabilities across the audience lifecycle, including intake, audience vetting, preview, governance, metadata, and activation.Manage the full product lifecycle - defining features, writing specifications & measurement metrics, and iterate through A/B Testing & data-centric designs.Define product KPIs; run A/B, MVT, and RCT experiments to refine audiences and improve performance.Communicate milestones, risks, and vision to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.Translate marketing goals into a clear roadmap and measurable outcomes.Help lead the strategy, prioritization, and execution for new capabilities, integrations, and applications of personalized content and audience segmentation in email, push, text, and other marketing channels.Identify prerequisite functionalities, capabilities, and integrations needed to fulfill use cases across email, push, and text as identified by marketing stakeholders.Translate & distill enterprise marketing objectives and goals into a discrete and actionable quarterly roadmap.Define success metrics, behaviors, outcomes, and deliverables for quarterly features involving development-build and/or discovery research.Define, monitor, and measure product metrics and KPIs; incorporate learnings into product definition and development process.Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful products and/or features, including process & change management.Communicate product vision to senior management, cross-functional teams, and various stakeholders.What We Are Searching For:Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, MarTech, Personalization, or Audience/Platform product management.Experience partnering with engineering and marketing teams to deliver platform capabilities.Strong understanding of CDPs, audience builders, identity resolution, and data integrations. (Salesforce, Adobe, GrowthLoop, Action IQ, Klavio)Expertise in experimentation principles: A/B, MVT, RCT, and statistical analysis.Data Integration with Customer Data PlatformFamiliarity with customer lifecycle, segmentation, and journey mapping is strongly desired.Strong communication skills; ability to translate complex data and technical logic for non-technical partners.Proven ability to influence without authority across pods and workstreams
