This role requires strong stakeholder management, revenue ownership, and the ability to drive hiring outcomes by working closely with both clients and internal Talent Acquisition teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end client relationships as the primary point of contact for staffing engagementsDrive revenue growth through account mining, demand generation, and opportunity conversionPartner with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure timely, quality-driven candidate deliveryUnderstand client hiring needs and translate them into actionable recruitment strategiesTrack and manage the hiring pipeline (submissions, interviews, offers, onboarding) to ensure closuresConduct regular client reviews and maintain high levels of stakeholder engagement and satisfactionEnsure adherence to SLAs, process compliance, and accurate reporting through internal systemsProactively address challenges, drive escalations to closure, and ensure seamless deliveryKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong client and stakeholder management skillsProven ability in revenue generation and account growthGood understanding of contingent and permanent staffing lifecycleHigh ownership mindset with a results-driven approachStrong coordination and collaboration skills with internal teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentEligibility Criteria3-6 years of experience in staffing (contingent and/or permanent hiring)Experience in managing client accounts and delivering against hiring/revenue targetsFamiliarity with recruitment tools/ATS and reporting mechanismsHands on experience in Microsoft Excel, reporting/metrics & dashboard.Bachelor’s degreeSuccess MetricsRevenue achievement and account growthFill rate and time-to-fillSubmission-to-interview and interview-to-offer conversion ratiosClient satisfaction and retentionWhat We Are Looking ForIndividuals with high energy, urgency, and accountabilityStrong execution focuses with the ability to work with aggression, agility, and ownershipProactive solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skillsWhy Join UsOpportunity to work with leading enterprise clientsHigh-growth, performance-driven environmentStrong career progression and learning opportunitiesIf you find this opportunity exiting, Let’s talk!!
