Job description: To carry out CS (Customer Service) related operations such as Documentation, Logistics and Customer Service-related tasks effectively and efficiently and contribute to the organization’s profitability and growth:Interaction with customers regarding complaints and delivery Act as a Single point contact for Quotation, OC and supply related queries for all items billed from factory. Generate service index for the branch every month. Visit dealers/ customers at predefined frequency for order reconciliation and GRN reconciliation. Follow-up & close loop criticalitiesManage administrative work in branch related to travel, accommodation, office maintenance. Close complaints with respect to Wrong Supply (WSU) / Price Difference Communicate to customers/dealers with respect to Likely date of delivery (LD)/ Work in Progress (WIP) or Dispatch details of the Products Ordered. Ensure timely login and coordinate for the closure of all complaints that are investigated in the system. Outstation travel requiredEducation: Graduates, preferably Experience: 3-7 years in Customer Service Support/similar job profile in Industrial market or even building materials industries.
