Job Summary We are looking to hire CA-qualified freshers who have completed their articleship with Big 6 firms. The role offers exposure across core finance functions including financial reporting, compliance, and business finance.Role & ResponsibilitiesLead financial accounting., viz. P2P cycle, O2C cycle or capitalization cycleAssist in financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing activitiesSupport statutory audits, internal audits, and tax auditsEnsure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirementsWork on direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)Prepare and analyze financial statements and MIS reportsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisCoordinate with cross-functional teams for financial data and insightsAssist in process improvement and automation initiatives Skills & QualificationsQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – FresherArticleship experience with Big 6 firms preferredStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingBasic knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS, compliance)Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP knowledge is an added advantageGood analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with a proactive and learning mindset.
