The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation, a solid understanding of QA methodologies, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.Key ResponsibilitiesReview requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedbackCreate detailed and well-structured test plans, test strategies, and test casesPerform end-to-end testing to ensure product quality across the lifecycleExecute regression testing and actively participate in release cyclesDesign, develop, and maintain automation scripts/frameworksCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issuesParticipate in code reviews and improve automation best practicesImplement and oversee QA processes and testing proceduresStay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologiesRequired Skills & Qualifications7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software TestingHands-on experience in test automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or AppiumExposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and XP practices (TDD, CI/CD)Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA, GitHub, and ConfluenceStrong understanding of automation frameworks and testing lifecycleExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
