QPiAI is building a full stack Enterprise Quantum Computers. QPiAI Quantum hardware team is responsible for designing and characterization of Quantum Processor, Cryogenic Quantum Control Circuits, RF Control Hardware, and QPiAI ASGP.Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Linux Administrator to take ownership of our infrastructure in a fast-paced startup environment. This role requires hands-on expertise in Linux systems, cloud platforms, automation, and security. You will play a key role in building scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure from the ground up.Key Responsibilities:Design, deploy, and manage scalable Linux-based infrastructure.Own end-to-end system reliability, performance, and uptime.Build and automate infrastructure using scripting and IaC tools.Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and optimize costs.Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.Ensure security best practices, patching, and compliance.Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead incident response.Manage CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps workflows.Drive infrastructure improvements and adopt new technologies.Mentor junior engineers and define best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:5–10+ years of experience in Linux system administration.Strong expertise in Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS).Advanced scripting skills (Bash, Python).Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Strong knowledge of networking, security, and system architecture.Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.Preferred Traits:Startup mindset: ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving.Ability to work with ambiguity and build systems from scratch.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience .
