Job Title: Oracle HCM Fusion Administrator/ Oracle HCM Fusion Location: Bangalore, IndiaWork Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Work From Office)Start Date: Immediate / Early Joiners PreferredExperience: 4 -7 years Client: Stanford University Payroll Company: Nichi IN Software Pvt., Ltd., Role: Fulltime/Permanent Interview mode: 1st Round: In-Person (Stanford Team India) 2nd Round Virtual (Stanford Manager USA)Job SummaryWe are urgently seeking a Junior Oracle HCM Fusion Administrator to support ongoing administration, upgrades, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Fusion applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Fusion environments and be able to assist with analysing new upgrade features, planning and executing system refreshes, and supporting day-to-day administration tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with day-to-day administration of Oracle HCM Fusion modules across environments.Analyze quarterly Oracle HCM upgrade features and assess system impact.Support the execution of system upgrades, patches, and environment refreshes.Participate in regression testing and validation activities after patches/upgrades.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical or functional issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Technical, DBA) for smooth release management.Maintain documentation on configuration changes, upgrade impacts, and issue resolutions.Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data governance guidelines.Required Skills & Qualifications3+ years hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Fusion Administration (offshore experience preferred).Basic understanding of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, or others.Experience performing environment refreshes, quarterly upgrades, and patch activities.Ability to analyze upgrade features and identify potential system impacts.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with HCM data loads (HDL), security roles, or configuration is a plus.Exposure to Oracle HCM reporting tools (OTBI/BIP) is beneficial.Familiarity with change management and release management processes.Regards, Sameer DudekulaLead US IT Technical recruiterP: +91 8179303096 | E: Minisoft Technologies LLC
