About the jobWe are seeking a hands-on Cryogenic Wiring Intern to join our quantum hardware team. The role involves working on precision cable assembly and wiring for dilution refrigerator systems, supporting signal integrity and thermalization in cryogenic environments. The ideal candidate will have an interest in experimental hardware, RF systems, and low-temperature physics.Requirements:B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a related field.Basic understanding of Dilution Refrigerator and its wiring, RF/microwave components and signal transmission.Exposure to soldering, electronics lab work, or hardware assembly.Interest in cryogenic systems, quantum hardware, or low-temperature experiments.Ability to perform fine manual work under microscope with attention to detail.Familiarity with basic lab tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope (optional).Good documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.Skills:Cryogenic wiring, RF cable assembly, SMA/SMPM connectors, micro-soldering, coaxial cables (NbTi, CuNi), basic RF concepts, lab instrumentation, attention to detail, hardware prototyping
