Responsibilities :Troubleshoot and resolve technical queries from merchants and their developer teams over multiple channels providing them with step-by-step technical assistanceAbility to demo the Cashfree product suite to merchants on pre-sales/post-sales calls and walk them through Product Integration and dashboardTechnical debugging of merchant environment to enable them to integrate with Cashfree through Mobile, plugins, APIs, etc.Deep dive and analyze issues end-to-end and efficiently collaborate with other teams to solve critical merchant problemsOperate on stringent resolution SLAs to resolve business-critical problems for Cashfree merchants working and collaborating with engineering and operational teamsProvide a world-class support experience for Cashfree merchants.Develop and maintain product-level playbooks for team reference, contribute to and manage the repository /knowledge baseTake up technical value add tasks and initiatives aimed at improving product efficiencyExperience: 1 to 3 yearsRequirements : Understanding of coding languages like Go/Python/Java, platforms (Android, iOS) with hands-on working experience in at least one of them.Strong understanding of running queries using SQL and using APIs on tools like PostmanFamiliarity/experience in using web and mobile tools such as React Native, Flutter, Cordova, Ionic React would be a plusExperience in handling technical queries on email/call/chat channelsKeen eye for the technical documentation enhancementExcellent problem-solving aptitude and communication skillsExperience in maintaining and optimizing existing integration solutions to reflect all changes in client’s and internal environmentsCapable of ideating process improvements, mentoring, and assisting junior team members.Showcase exemplary ownership and accountability in solving, following up, and communicating with merchants and internal teams alike
