Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field6–8 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Database Administrator in enterprise-level environments.Strong experience managing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments. Experience with SQL Server DBA responsibilities including backup, recovery, performance tuning, and high availability setups.Oracle EBS environment management, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Oracle EBS patch management (Application, Technology Stack, Database). Oracle R12, AD & TXK patching, CPU/PSU patching. Environment cloning and refresh activities Oracle database performance tuning, backup/recovery, and RMAN. Strong understanding of Oracle architecture, WebLogic/OHS, concurrent managers, and workflow.SQL Server performance monitoring and tuning (Profiler, Execution Plans, DMVs, Performance Monitor). Experience with AlwaysOn Availability Groups, log shipping, replication. Backup and recovery strategy implementation & monitoring. Database maintenance plans, index optimization, and security patching.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Exposure to financial services or enterprise performance management domains.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide clear updates.
