Job Title: Senior Interior DesignerLocation: BangaloreExperience: 4+ YearsQualification: Minimum B.Des (Bachelor of Design)Role Purpose The Interior Designer will be responsible for delivering high-quality design outputs across customization projects, digital platforms, and experience centers. The role demands strong coordination with internal teams, attention to detail, and adherence to timelines and quality standards.Areas of Accountability Personalized Customization Projects Deliver customized interior design solutions aligned with customer requirements and brand standards.E-store Master Development & Maintenance Support development, updates, and maintenance of the e-design / e-store master data in coordination with cross-functional teams.Experience Home Development Contribute to the design, detailing, and execution support for experience homes and display spaces.Furniture Drawings Prepare detailed furniture drawings suitable for production and execution.Key Deliverables Drawing Sets Prepare and issue complete drawing sets (specification sheets and drawings) by coordinating with in-house teams, ensuring quarterly deliverables are met within defined timelines.Material Masters Develop and release material masters to concerned teams to enable uploading of curated products on the e-design platform.Quality of Deliverables Ensure high levels of accuracy, completeness, and consistency in all drawings and documentation.Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of interior design detailing and furniture drawingsProficiency in relevant design and drafting softwareGood coordination and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple deliverables within timelinesHigh attention to detail and quality standards
