Bengaluru.Quality Engineering Lead, MarTech:What You’ll Do:Lead quality strategy across journeys, segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and content delivery.Design scalable test approaches for Tealium data layers, Launch Darkly experiment behavior, AEM component rendering, and Algonomy recommendation logic.Expand automation across UI, API, data validation, event pipelines, and integration flows.Strengthen CI/CD pipelines with schema checks, tracking plan validation, content regression tests, and quality gates.Partner with engineering, marketing ops, data, and content authors to ensure features meet real customer expectations.Mentor engineers on automation design, event instrumentation, experimentation guardrails, and performance resilience.Improve how teams monitor and debug customer experiences through synthetic journeys, logs, dashboards, and data health checks.What You Bring:7–9 years in Quality Engineering or Software Engineering with at least 2 years in a lead or influencing role.Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Jest, Jasmine, and API testing across REST/GraphQL services.Experience validating customer facing flows, event tracking, data quality, and integration behavior.Familiarity with LaunchDarkly, Tealium, AEM, and/or Algonomy (highly preferred).Strong instincts around risk identification, test strategy, and customer impact.Excellent communication skills and the ability to coach without gatekeeping.Experience working in Agile, cross functional teams.Why This Role Matters:Your work ensures that every personalized message, experiment, recommendation, and content update not only functions correctly but respects consent, scales under load, and reflects our brand.You’ll operate across multiple platforms and squads, shaping tooling, patterns, and practices that influence how we build marketing and digital experiences as an organization.
