Role Overview:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive who can design engaging visuals and manage social media platforms effectively. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design:Create visually appealing creatives for social media, ads, emailers, website banners, and marketing materialsDesign static and basic motion creatives (GIFs/videos) as per campaign requirementsEnsure all creatives align with brand guidelines and maintain consistencyWork closely with marketing and performance teams to create high-converting ad creativesEdit and enhance images, illustrations, and layoutsSocial Media Management:Manage and handle day-to-day social media activities across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)Plan and execute a monthly social media content calendarCreate captions, hashtags, and post copies aligned with brand toneSchedule and publish posts using relevant toolsMonitor engagement, comments, and messages and respond in a timely mannerContent & Strategy:Research industry trends and competitor activitiesSuggest creative ideas for campaigns, reels, and postsCollaborate with internal teams for content planning and executionTrack performance of posts and suggest improvementsAnalytics & Reporting:Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, and growthPrepare basic performance reports for social media campaignsOptimize content strategy based on insightsRequired Skills:Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus)Basic understanding of video editing and motion graphicsStrong knowledge of social media platforms and trendsGood copywriting skills for social media contentCreativity with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
