Job Description

Hiring a Desktop Engineer (L2/L3 Support) for an APAC Support Role in Bangalore. This is a hybrid position with a shift from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.We are seeking an experienced Desktop Engineer to provide support to end users across the APAC region. Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills across multiple OS environments and thrive in a fast-paced support environment.Role Overview:- Provide L2/L3 desktop support across Windows, Linux, and Mac environments.- Handle user issues, manage Active Directory, and ensure smooth IT operations across the region.Mandatory Skills:- 5+ years of experience in L2/L3 Desktop Support.- Strong experience with Windows, Linux, and MacOS.- Hands-on experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM).- Solid knowledge of Active Directory (AD).- Good understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).- Experience supporting the APAC region (on-call mandatory).- Excellent voice support and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:- Provide L2/L3 desktop support to APAC users.- Troubleshoot OS issues across Windows, Linux, and Mac.- Manage Active Directory users, OUs, and GPOs.- Handle MDM-related support.- Troubleshoot network printers and connectivity issues.- Provide remote and voice-based support.- Ensure SLA adherence and incident resolution.- Support hardware/software installations and upgrades.Technical Expertise:- Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, MacOS.- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Switching, and Routing basics.- Active Directory: OU, GPO, User, and Group Management.- Tools: Remote desktop tools, MDM platforms.What We’re Looking For:- Strong problem-solving mindset.- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.- Ability to work in APAC shifts and provide on-call support.- A proactive and ownership-driven attitude.Candidates with relevant experience can connect with
