Job Description:Responsible for content & curriculum development for Early Years Program DepartmentOrganise and implement the curriculum and its assessment, through monitoring and evaluation, identify and act on areas of improvement.Train and mentor teammatesOversee the development of a progressive and challenging curriculumPromote excellence in teaching and learning, ensuring a continuous and consistent focus on students achievement and development.Training teachers from time to time (Should be open to travel PAN India as and when required) Qualification:A masters degree in education or an equivalent.Extensive teaching and administration experience in Pre Primary grades.Handling teachers training.Excellent research and report writing abilities.Strong written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills.The ability to follow instructions but also come up with original ideas.Proficiency in MS Office and other software systems.A high degree of professionalism and courteous attitude.Location: Bangalore (Yeshwanthpur)
