Location: Nashik Department: Spare Parts / After SalesJob Summary:We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Spare Parts Location Manager to lead and manage spare parts operations at our Nashik dealership. The role is responsible for ensuring optimum inventory levels, seamless availability of parts, efficient coordination with internal departments, and driving parts sales while maintaining high operational standards and compliance.Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory & Stock Management:Maintain optimum stock levels for fast-moving and critical spare partsMonitor FSN (Fast, Slow, Non-moving) inventory regularlyConduct periodic stock audits and ensure 100% stock accuracyMinimize dead stock and control obsolescence2. Procurement & Ordering:Plan and place spare parts orders based on consumption patternsCoordinate with OEM / vendors for timely procurementTrack order status and ensure on-time delivery3. Sales & Revenue Generation:Drive spare parts sales through workshop and counter salesAchieve monthly and annual sales targetsPromote accessories and value-added products4. Operations Management:Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the parts departmentMaintain proper binning, storage, and handling of partsImplement and follow SOPs as per dealership and OEM standards5. Team Management:Lead, supervise, and develop the parts team (storekeepers, counter staff)Conduct training sessions and performance evaluationsEnsure discipline, productivity, and team engagement6. Inter-Department Coordination:Coordinate closely with Service, Bodyshop, and Sales teamsEnsure parts availability for timely vehicle service and delivery7. Compliance & Audit:Ensure adherence to company policies and OEM guidelinesHandle internal and external audits effectivelyMaintain proper documentation and records8.
