We are looking for a highly creative, culture-first Head Designer to lead our design function.This role is for someone who lives and breathes youth fashion, streetwear culture, premium casualwear, and understands what Gen Z wants next — not what they wanted last season.You will own the creative direction of collections, lead a small design studio, and work closely with founders to shape the brand’s design identity as we scale.Experience needed- 6+ Years What You’ll OwnCreative & Collection LeadershipLead the design vision across unisex streetwear drops — oversized tees, hoodies, co-ords, lifestyle essentialsBuild bold yet wearable collections that reflect confidence, individuality, and premium minimalismTranslate global streetwear cues into an India-relevant youth aestheticDrop Culture + Trend IntelligenceStay ahead of Gen Z fashion trends, pop culture movements, influencer styling, and global streetwear languageCreate capsule drops and limited collections that feel exclusive, fresh, and aspirationalBenchmark against brands like Jaywalking, Superdry, Bluorng, Snitch, etc.End-to-End Product ExecutionOwn the full design cycle — concept → sketches → tech packs → sampling → production readinessPartner closely with sourcing, vendors, and production teams to ensure premium finish and qualityEnsure design intent is never lost between idea and final productTeam Leadership & Studio CultureManage and mentor 2–3 junior designersSet creative direction, allocate responsibilities, review work, and build design disciplineCreate a fast-moving, collaborative, high-performance design studioBrand First ThinkingEnsure every piece aligns with the company's identity:Premium Indian streetwear for everyday drip cultureDesign is not just clothing here — it is lifestyle storytellingWho We’re Looking ForMust-Haves6+ years of experience in youth fashion, premium streetwear, lifestyle or contemporary D2C brandsStrong portfolio in streetwear silhouettes, modern casualwear, and youth-driven aestheticsBackground from a reputed creative design school (NIFT, Pearl, Parsons, CSM, etc.)Prior experience mentoring/managing junior designersSkill & Mindset FitExtremely creative with strong execution speedDeep understanding of fabrics, fits, streetwear construction, and premium finishingProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO (or similar tools)Startup mindset: hands-on, fast, collaborative, drop-driven
