Clinical Trial Coordinator – Freshers Organization: Clinogenesis Research OrganizationEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole Overview:A Clinical Trial Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical research studies while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and study protocols.Key Responsibilities:Assist in coordinating clinical trials from initiation to close-outMaintain and update trial documentation (e.g., CRFs, TMF, regulatory files)Support patient recruitment, screening, and scheduling visitsEnsure accurate data collection and entry in clinical databasesCoordinate with investigators, sponsors, and site staffMonitor study progress and ensure protocol adherenceAssist in reporting adverse events and maintaining safety recordsEnsure compliance with GCP, ICH, and regulatory requirementsRequired Skills:Basic knowledge of clinical research and trial phasesUnderstanding of GCP (Good Clinical Practice)Strong organizational and documentation skillsAttention to detail and accuracyGood communication and teamwork abilitiesBasic computer skills (MS Office, data entry systems)Eligibility:B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Life Sciences / Biotechnology / NursingFreshers or candidates with internship/project experience in clinical research
