This role will drive end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution, while leading a team and partnering closely with business stakeholders to deliver on hiring goals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full recruitment lifecycle across Creative, Media, Tech, SEO, Design, MarTech & Account Management rolesLead, mentor, and drive performance of the TA teamPartner with stakeholders to align on hiring needs and solve challengesDevelop hiring strategies aligned with business goals and workforce planningBuild strong talent pipelines and ensure closures within defined TAT and quality benchmarksDrive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other platformsTrack and improve hiring metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, conversion ratios)Manage recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reporting systemsCollaborate with HRBP teams on workforce planning and retention strategiesContribute to employer branding and social hiring initiativesEligibility Criteria8–10 years of Talent Acquisition experienceMandatory: Digital-first Advertising agency hiring exposureProven experience in team handling and leadership rolesStrong understanding of hiring across Creative, Digital, Tech, SEO, Media & MarTech functionsExcellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and professional presenceProficient in Excel and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri)
