We provide premium, cost-effective, high-quality services that support process quality and delivery capability in support for client engagements.Associate – Operations Transfer PricingThe Associate in Operational Transfer Pricing supports project teams in helping clients operationalize transfer pricing policy through effective processes, controls, data, and enabling technologies. This role focuses on performing analyses, documenting current-state processes, assisting with recommendations and deliverables, and leveraging firm methodologies and technology tools to drive high-quality outcomes.The opportunityOur tax function is constantly evolving, and it's here you'll find everything you need to grow as we do. It's all about taking on new skills and responsibilities as they arise and making the most of our dedicated mentors and training programs.Key responsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of operational transfer pricing strategies by completing assigned project tasks and analyses.Assist in assessing clients’ transfer pricing processes, governance, systems, and data flows; gather information through interviews and document reviews.Document process maps, data flows, and control points; help identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.Support evaluation of technology solutions and data approaches that enable operational transfer pricing (e.g., ERP/reporting extracts, data transformation, workflow/controls).Prepare workpapers, models, and draft deliverables (e.g., findings summaries, recommendations, and implementation plans) using firm templates and standards.Apply firm methodologies and technology resources effectively; maintain organized documentation and adhere to quality expectations.Communicate task status, questions, and risks to senior team members in a timely manner; contribute in client meetings as appropriate.Collaborate effectively within the engagement team and support the development of junior peers (e.g., interns) through knowledge sharing.What You Must Have (Minimum Qualifications)Bachelor’s degree1 to 2 years of relevant experience (transfer pricing, tax, finance transformation, controllership, or related consulting/industry roles).Basic understanding of financial data, business processes, and documentation standardsProficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems quicklyWhat Sets You ApartMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, or Computer and Information ScienceCA, CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-related credentials or made progress towards CA, CPA, etc.Exposure to transfer pricing, tax, controllership, finance transformation, or ERP/reporting environmentsExperience with Business Intelligence tools or analytics platforms, such as SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Alteryx, SAP’s SAC or PaPM, Oracle’s PCMCS or OACInterest in interpreting large and complex data sets, and developing reports for internal and client stakeholdersStrong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and produce quality workpapersYears of ExperienceAssociate 2: 1 – 2 years overall relevant experience.We're looking for people with initiative who speak up confidently, with a genuine desire to make things better across the business.
