Role DescriptionUrgent Hiring | Project Manager – Luxury Interiors & Villa ExecutionWhite Hill Studios | Sector 35, Chandigarh | On-site (Full-time)White Hill Studios is urgently seeking a project manager with expertise in designing and delivering end-to-end modern residential developments, particularly in contemporary Chandigarh-style architecture. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in planning and executing high-end 2 kanal kothis and modern homes, with strong command over materials and detailing such as aluminium and wooden window systems, as well as luxury amenities like swimming pools—ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion (A to Z).The role involves overseeing all phases of construction and interior execution, coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams, and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, execution capability, and a keen eye for detail required in delivering premium luxury residential projects. This is a full-time, on-site role (9 AM – 7 PM IST),Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end execution of all finishing works, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, lighting, stone applications, and home automation systems.Manage interior fit-out scope covering wardrobes, modular kitchens, veneers, laminates, polish/finishes, marble/stone works, and bespoke joinery.Direct lighting design coordination and on-site execution, ensuring precise integration with ceiling layouts and fixture alignment.Oversee all paint and surface finishes, including wall paints, textures, polishes, ensuring premium-quality final output.Supervise external works, including windows, doors, glazing systems, façade elements, and exterior finishes.Coordinate and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless workflow, quality control, and timely delivery.Review technical drawings in detail, plan execution strategies, proactively resolve site challenges, and enforce quality and safety standards.Ensure all works meet high-end luxury standards in terms of design intent, craftsmanship, and detailing.Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular progress updates and reports directly to the client/owner.Requirements:1. Strong hands-on knowledge of interior execution and finishing works is essential.2. Minimum 5 years of proven residential construction experience, preferably in luxury or high-end villa projects.3. Strong technical understanding across civil finishing, MEP services, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, interiors, wardrobes, kitchens, veneers/laminates, lighting, paint systems, stone/marble works, and windows/doors.4. Ability to review architectural and interior drawings, coordinate with architects/designers, and ensure site execution aligns with design intent.5. High standards of integrity, accountability, and transparent communication on timelines, costs, and site challenges are essential.6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional and respectful communication with the homeowner, vendors, and site teams.7. Comfortable working in a closely collaborative environment with direct homeowner interaction, regular site reviews, and quick decision-making coordination.8. A proactive planning and execution mindset is critical, with the ability to anticipate site requirements and resolve issues efficiently.9. Willingness and ability to continuously learn, adapt, and solve site-level challenges.10. Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple vendors and trades efficiently.11. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.Pay: ₹55,000 - ₹80,000 per month
