The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, managing reconciliations, and supporting accounting operations in compliance with US GAAP standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform balance sheet analysis and account reconciliations.Manage and support the month-end close process.Handle journal entry assessment, automation, and migration activities.Work with US GAAP accruals and financial reporting requirements.Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial data and reporting.Use SAP ERP for accounting operations and maintain financial records.Prepare reports and analysis using advanced Excel skills.Required SkillsCA qualified with 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.Strong experience in balance sheet reconciliation and month-end close.Hands-on experience with US GAAP accruals.Experience in journal entry assessment, automation, or migration.SAP ERP experience is mandatory.Strong Excel and analytical skills.
