We’re Hiring: Deputy Manager / Product Manager – Monogastric Marketing (Poultry Division)Department: Monogastric Marketing | Location: Bangalore HOAbout the Role:We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive growth in our Poultry division by leading brand campaigns, engaging with key customers, and collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure high profitability. This role is ideal for someone with strategic thinking, creativity, and a passion for the animal healthcare domain.Responsibilities:Brand Growth & Contribution: Develop and execute targeted campaigns, monitor brand performance, and ensure growth in contribution margins.Customer Engagement: Act as a product champion, support technical discussions, field trials, and train the sales team.Brand Building: Plan and execute brand strategies, including digital marketing, social media promotion, exhibitions, webinars, and technical content.New Product Development: Contribute to product ideation, launch strategy, field trials, and cross-functional collaboration for successful product introduction.Key Metrics of Success:Growth & contribution margins of assigned brandsBrand confidence scores & campaign effectivenessSuccessful launch and performance of new productsQualifications & Experience:B.V.Sc / M.V.Sc in Veterinary Science (Animal Nutrition preferred)MBA from a reputed institute (preferred)8–10 years of experience in animal healthcare (Poultry), with hands-on brand management and key customer engagementKey Skills:Strategic Thinking & Project ManagementAnalytical, Creative & Presentation SkillsSelf-starter, Collaborative & AdaptableEffective Communication & Listening SkillsIf you are passionate about driving brand excellence in the animal healthcare sector and want to make a tangible impact, we’d love to hear from you!
