Manager – HR Compliance (Gig Workforce) Role Summary Responsible for ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance related to gig workers, contractors, and platform-based workforce operations.Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance under applicable labour laws including CLRA, Code on Social Security, EPF, ESI (where applicable), Shops & Establishment, etc. Manage onboarding and documentation of gig workers. Develop compliance frameworks for aggregator-based workforce. Liaise with government authorities for inspections, notices, and audits. Maintain statutory registers, filings, and documentation. Conduct periodic internal compliance audits. Coordinate with payroll & operations teams for compliance alignment. Monitor state-specific gig worker regulations and advisories.Eligibility 5–10 years of experience in HR Compliance. Mandatory experience in gig/aggregator platforms (Swiggy, Urban Company, Zepto, Zomato, etc.). Strong understanding of labour law amendments and gig worker regulations. Experience handling multi-state compliance.
