This role requires someone who can create static designs and edit short-form videos consistently and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign social media creatives (statics, carousels, basic layouts)Edit short-form videos and reels for digital platformsWork closely with the content team to execute daily/weekly outputMaintain visual consistency and quality across all contentDeliver work on time with minimal iterationsWhat We’re Looking For1-2 years of experience in graphic design and video editingStrong working knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro / After Effects (basic)Understanding of social media formats and trendsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-output environmentBased in Bangalore, available for on-site workOutcome ExpectationSomeone who can consistently deliver good-quality designs and videos at speed, without constant supervision.
