The position requires a proactive professional with an MBA in Marketing and 2-3 years of experience in sales support or as an Executive Assistant, capable of managing complex operations to drive business growth.KRA of the roleDiary Management: Proactively manage the National Sales Head’s calendar, scheduling meetings and optimizing schedules for optimal time utilization.Travel Coordination: Arrange comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries, including bookings, visas, and accommodation.Gatekeeping: Act as the primary liaison between the Sales Head, senior stakeholders, and internal teams, managing communication channels with discretion· Sales Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly sales activity reports, scorecards, and sales forecasts to track performance against targets.· CRM & Data Integrity: Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales trackers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.· Market Analysis: Gather competitor intelligence and analyze sales funnels and customer buying habitsProject Coordination: Assist in planning and executing sales-related projects, conferences, and regional meetingsCoordinate all marketing-related work for the organization.Skill setAdvanced MS Office: Proficiency in Excel (data analysis/MIS) and PowerPoint (presentations) is critical.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Proactiveness: Strong problem-solving ability, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure
