Job Description

AiHello is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to help us grow through Google Ads and Meta Ads. This person will own campaign setup, tracking, analytics, conversion measurement, and CAC reporting across our website and funnels.You should be comfortable doing both media buying and measurement/tracking setup. This is not just a campaign management role. We need someone who can build a strong tracking foundation using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/Conversions API, and event tracking, then use that data to improve lead quality, lower CAC, and grow pipeline.This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, execution-focused, and able to work independently.What you will doPlan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and remarketingPlan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and InstagramSet up and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, UTM structure, and conversion eventsAudit and improve website tracking to ensure all key user actions are measured correctlyTrack and report on CAC, CPL, ROAS, funnel conversion rates, attribution, and lead qualityBuild dashboards and reporting views for growth performanceWork with the team to define proper conversion goals, landing page experiments, and retargeting flowsIdentify drop-offs in the funnel and propose fixes to improve conversion rateSet up audience segmentation, remarketing, and lookalike strategiesMonitor campaign performance daily and make budget/bid/creative/audience changes as neededCoordinate with design/content/web teams to improve ads, landing pages, and conversion trackingProvide weekly updates with clear insights, actions taken, and next stepsMust-have skills3+ years of hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta AdsStrong practical experience with Google Analytics 4Strong practical experience with Google Tag ManagerExperience setting up Meta Pixel and ideally Conversions APIStrong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, event design, and UTM disciplineExperience measuring and improving CAC, CPL, and conversion ratesComfortable working directly inside ad platforms, analytics tools, and website tracking setupsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilityGood written and spoken EnglishAble to work independently and take ownershipWhat success looks likeReliable end-to-end tracking is set up across the website and campaignsCAC and funnel performance are clearly measurablePaid campaigns generate qualified leads consistentlyRetargeting and attribution are properly implementedGrowth decisions are based on clean data, not guessworkCompensation: ₹10,00,000 to ₹15,00,000 per annumImportant:In the cover letter please answer the followingHave you personally set up Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager from scratch for a business website?Have you set up Meta Pixel and Conversions API yourself?What attribution approach have you used in past roles to measure paid performance?Have you used DSP , Google DSP?
