We’re Hiring: Primary Years Coordinator – CAIEWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Primary Years Coordinator (CAIE) to lead the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of our Cambridge Primary Programme.Key Responsibilities:• Lead implementation of the Cambridge Primary curriculum with fidelity and innovation• Ensure alignment of teaching, learning, and assessment with CAIE standards• Mentor and coach teachers to enhance instructional practices• Oversee curriculum planning, classroom observations, and quality assurance• Drive student achievement through data-informed strategies and interventions• Manage assessments, reporting, and academic documentation• Ensure compliance with CAIE requirements and support accreditation processes• Engage with parents and contribute to a strong academic communityQualifications & Experience:• Master’s Degree in Education / relevant subject + B.Ed. (mandatory)• 5–8 years of primary teaching experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role• Prior experience in a CAIE school is essential• Strong understanding of Cambridge curriculum, pedagogy, and assessmentKey Skills:• Instructional leadership and team mentoring• Curriculum design and academic planning• Data analysis and student progress tracking• Excellent communication and collaborationIf you are passionate about academic excellence and leading impactful learning environments, we’d love to hear from you.
