RoleDesign, implement, and operate Okta Identity Governance (OIG) solutions for large BFSI enterprise environment with 10K+ users and 30+ applicationsIntegrate Okta with enterprise applications (SaaS, on-prem, and custom apps) using SAML, OIDC, and SCIMConfigure and maintain identity lifecycle management, including joiner-mover-leaver (JML) processesDevelop and manage access governance policies such as certifications, access requests, and segregation of duties (SoD)Implement automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows across connected systemsCollaborate with security, IT, and business teams to define role-based access control (RBAC) modelsEnsure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements through reporting and access reviewsTroubleshoot integration issues, provisioning and recertification errorsSkillsExcellent experience with application integration through SCIM/REST APIs and other custom methodsDeep understanding of AD, LDAP & CSV based directory integrationsDeep expertise with Okta OIG Workflows, Automations, Hooks, Delegated flowsDeep expertise with Okta OIG Access certification campaigns, Access reviews, Entitlement managementDeep expertise with Okta OIG User enrolment & Self service featuresDeep expertise with Okta OIGDeep expertise with APIs, scripting (Python/PowerShell)Must have ExperienceTotal 5+ in IAM domainMandatorily 2+ Years with Okta OIGMandatorily minimum 1 certification out of followingOkta Developer CertificationOkta Certified Workflows - Specialty CertificationOkta Certified Professional Hands-On Configuration for OIEOkta Certified Consultant Hands-On Configuration Certification
