Recruiting for Product Manager Employment Type: PermanentRequired· Strong analytics: defining KPIs, building dashboards, running experiments, and making data-driven trade-offs.· Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and virtual agents/chatbots.· Proven stakeholder leadership across Operations, SRE/Engineering, Security, and/or Compliance.· Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to author policies, knowledge articles and product documents.• Familiarity with Incident response practices, CAB, problem resolution, Event correlation, request management and change governance.Desired· 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role.· Technical understanding of Al model lifecycle, APIs, cloud-native applications (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern data stacks.· Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.· Experience working with MLOps and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.)· Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, RAG architecture, or conversational Al.· Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Al/ML certifications or ITIL certifications.Education• Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
