Associate Director - Cloudstore PayrollOperations Strategy DepartmentNo lengthy intro here, let’s get straight to the details, Zepto speed.Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver :● Own end-to-end payroll operations for off-roll employees of around 25000 to30000 employees across multiple locations.● Ensure 100% accuracy and timely processing of salaries, incentives,reimbursements, and full & final settlements.● Manage and ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT,TDS, and other labor laws.● Act as the primary point of contact for payroll audits, working closely withFinance, HRBPs, and external auditors.● Drive automation and continuous improvements in payroll processes incollaboration with HRMS and Tech teams.● Handle payroll-related queries, grievance resolution, and ensure a seamlessemployee experience.● Track, analyze, and publish payroll reports, dashboards, and variance analysis forleadership review.● Implement and standardize payroll policies and SOPs across locations to ensuregovernance and consistency.● Stay updated with legislative changes and proactively align payroll processesaccordingly.Are you who we're searching for:Qualification: Graduate / PostgraduateExperience: 7–10 years in payroll management, preferably in mid to large-scaleorganizationsStrong knowledge of payroll systems such as SAP, Darwinbox, GreytHR, or similarplatformsProficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas) and payroll analyticsHands-on experience in statutory compliance and labor law regulationsStrong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience managing multi-state payroll operations is a plusSounds like we’re talking about you?
