About the RoleThe PowerCurve Collections Developer is responsible for developing, configuring, and supporting Experian’s PowerCurve Collections platform.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and configure strategies, workflows, and treatments within Experian PowerCurve Collections.Implement business rules, decision logic, and segmentation as per functional requirements.Configure and customize integration interfaces between PCC and external systems (e.g., CRM, dialers, payment gateways, data warehouses).Develop and maintain batch processes, scheduler jobs, and automation scripts.Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT support.Collaborate with collections operations and risk teams to translate business rules into PCC system logic.QualificationsExperience: 4 to 10 YearsBachelor's degree in computers Required SkillsProficiency in PowerCurve Collections platform.Strong understanding of business rules and decision logic.Experience with integration interfaces and external systems.Preferred SkillsExperience in collections operations.Knowledge of data warehouses and automation scripts.
