This team is responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting and maintaining VIP’s ETL applications to ensure that they run smoothly. This position will work under the Lead ETL Developer and will develop and maintain Datastage jobs, scripts and create and maintain data flows from the applicable source to the appropriate database. Primary Responsibilities: Build and update ETL jobs to satisfy requirements Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions Perform basic testing with ETLs to determine data integrity Support production processing as part of on call and release rotations Pursue business knowledge about VIP Data and software applications Requirements: 4-6 years working with IBM InfoSphere Datastage 2+ years of scripting experience (preferably in Python) Working knowledge of SQL Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems Understanding of basic programming techniques Preferred Experience: Experience working with Stone branch enterprise scheduler Experience working in an Agile group Familiarity with Atlassian products (jira, bitbucket, confluence) Educational Qualification: B.E, B Tech, MCA.
