Thane – 421503, MaharashtraWorking Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 5:30 PMJob SummaryWe are looking for a R&D Executive – Admixtures with hands-on experience in construction chemical admixtures to support formulation development, site trials, and new product development activities. The role involves extensive pan‑India site trial execution, technical coordination with customers and internal teams, and data-driven performance analysis to support product optimization and commercialization.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in formulation development, optimization, and standardization of construction chemical admixtures.Plan and execute site trials across India at customer locations, RMC plants, and project sites.Coordinate with clients, contractors, RMC operators, site engineers, Sales, and internal technical teams during trial execution.Monitor, evaluate, and document on-site performance parameters such as workability retention, setting time, strength development, and compatibility.Collect field data and prepare comprehensive technical trial reports with observations and recommendations.Analyze trial results and suggest formulation improvements and corrective actions based on field performance.Support and contribute to new product development (NPD) initiatives in the admixtures segment.Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Sales teams for product validation, approvals, and commercialization.Ensure accurate documentation, reports, and records in compliance with ISO and internal quality systems.Provide technical troubleshooting and application support at project sites as and when required.Desired Candidate ProfileQualificationB.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or a related discipline.ExperienceMinimum 2 years of mandatory experience in Construction Chemical Admixtures R&D.Hands-on exposure to field trials and site applications is essential.Technical & Functional SkillsStrong knowledge of construction chemical admixtures and concrete performance parameters.Experience in site trial execution, performance evaluation, and product validation.Good understanding of RMC operations, onsite concrete practices, and admixture compatibility.Strong analytical, documentation, and technical reporting skills.Behavioral SkillsGood communication and coordination skills for handling customers and site teams.Ability to manage multiple trials, travel schedules, and priorities effectively.Willingness to travel extensively across India and work flexible hours as per site requirements.Proactive, field-oriented, and growth-focused mindset.Interested candidates with strong technical and field exposure in construction chemical admixtures are encouraged to apply.
