Role OverviewWe are seeking an AI/ML Lead – Vision Products to lead the development of advanced computer vision solutions that extract meaningful insights from images and videos.This role sits at the intersection of AI research, product engineering, and scalable system design, where you will build production-grade vision systems powering real-world applications such as inspection systems, document understanding, video analytics, and automated decision-making workflows.Key Responsibilities1. Computer Vision Product DevelopmentLead the design and development of end-to-end computer vision pipelines.Build systems for:Object detection and recognitionImage classificationVideo understanding and event detectionImage segmentation and feature extractionOCR and document intelligenceDevelop pipelines including preprocessing, inference, post-processing, and evaluation.2. Model Development & DeploymentDesign, train, and optimize deep learning models for vision use cases.Work with large-scale image/video datasets to improve accuracy and robustness.Build production-ready ML systems with:Model monitoringRetraining pipelinesPerformance optimizationOptimize models for real-time inference, edge devices, or cloud deployment.3. Productization of Vision AITranslate computer vision capabilities into scalable enterprise-grade products.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate models into APIs and workflows.Design high-throughput architectures for image/video processing.4. Technical LeadershipLead and mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists.Define and enforce best practices for:Model developmentDataset creation & labelingExperimentation & evaluationDrive decisions on:Model architecturesTraining infrastructureDeployment strategies5.
