The selected candidate will collaborate with architects and consultants, prepare detailed drawings, and support the team in delivering projects efficiently and accurately.Key Responsibilities:• Preparation of architectural and detailed working drawings• Supporting basic planning and design resolution• Coordinating with architects and consultants for drawing updates• Preparing drawings for licensing and permission approvals• Assisting in the preparation of GFC (Good for Construction) drawingsRequirements:• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)• Basic understanding of building by-laws and approval processes• Strong attention to detail and drafting skills• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines• Prior experience in an architectural firm or on construction projects is preferred• Experience in residential/commercial projects will be an added advantage
