The primary purpose of this role is to work with NewCold's data to build advanced AI models for prediction, computer vision, and conversational agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies, with a passion for solving complex problems and driving innovation. Key Responsibilities:AI Model Development: Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI models to predict outcomes, enhance computer vision capabilities, and create intelligent conversational agents.Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze large datasets from various sources to extract meaningful insights, identify trends, and drive data-informed decision-making.Algorithm Optimization: Optimize algorithms for improved performance, accuracy, and scalability.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and deliver effective AI solutions.Research and Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to continuously improve NewCold's technological capabilities.Model Deployment: Deploy and monitor AI models in production environments, ensuring robustness and reliability.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of models, processes, and methodologies to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.Experience: 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI roles, with a proven track record of developing and deploying AI models.Technical Skills:Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.Familiarity with computer vision techniques and tools (e.g., OpenCV, YOLO, CNNs).Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI technologies (e.g., GPT, BERT).Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment.Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Note: Candidates residing in nearby locations viz; Thanisandra, Hebbal, Yelahanka, Nagawara, Sahakar Nagar, Manyata Tech Park, Hegde Nagar or Jakkur will be preferred.
