The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling, along with a deep understanding of data architecture and database design principles.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models using Erwin Data ModelerCollaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and developers to gather and analyze data requirementsEnsure data models align with business objectives and enterprise data strategyMaintain and update existing data models to support evolving business needsDefine and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and best practicesPerform data analysis and support data integration effortsWork closely with ETL and BI teams to ensure accurate data mapping and transformationConduct data model reviews and ensure data quality and consistencyRequired Skills & Qualifications4–7 years of experience in data modeling and database designStrong hands-on experience with Erwin Data Modeler (CA Erwin)Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)Experience in creating data dictionaries and metadata managementSolid understanding of normalization, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing conceptsFamiliarity with ETL processes and toolsGood understanding of data governance and data quality practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Exposure to big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
