The Product Manager will partner with marketing & operational partners to own and maintain our marketing campaign channels (email, push notifications, RCS/SMS text messages) to support ongoing business needs. S/he will be responsible for interfacing with business and marketing stakeholders, strategists, operations teams, and others to ensure the continued evolution of our marketing capabilities based on business needs and pain points. The right candidate will be able to work with business users to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and compile & derive requirements to drive new features and enhancements that will support new & ongoing marketing campaigns and goals. This requires experience working with marketing channel managers, personalization of content & audiences, dynamic content recommendations, and background knowledge of ESP platforms such as Sales Force Marketing Cloud or Sinch, and customer data platforms like GrowthLoop.The position will be based in our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bengaluru, India, and will be expected to interface with business stakeholders and leads based in the United States (Seattle WA, Pleasanton CA, Denver CO, Plano TX, Boise ID).
