Join us in reshaping the future of interior design!Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-ownership, execution-driven Senior Project Manager to join our early stage team and lead interior projects end-to-end.This is a startup role where you will initially operate hands-on, directly managing sites, vendors, and execution. As projects scale, you will play a key role in building and leading a team under you.You will have strong decision-making authority, work closely with the founder, and directly impact project delivery, vendor ecosystem, and execution standards.Job Location: Delhi/NCR (Include managing sites across Gurgaon, Noida, and the rest of the NCR area)What You Will Own1. End-to-End Project DeliveryFull ownership from site validation to final handoverEnsure timelines, quality, and budget adherence across projectsAct as the single point of accountability for execution2. Technical Validation & DrawingsIndependently conduct site measurements and validationsPrepare/review GFC and working drawings with execution clarityIdentify and resolve design/structural/service issues upfront3. Site Execution & CoordinationDrive day-to-day site execution across tradesEnsure zero downtime through proactive planning and coordinationResolve on-site issues swiftly between vendors and design teamEnforce strict adherence to drawings and specifications4. Vendor & Market ManagementManage and drive performance of contractors and vendorsIdentify and onboard new vendors as requiredBuild a strong, reliable execution ecosystem5. Materials & ProcurementSource and finalize materials aligned with design and budgetEnsure timely procurement and delivery to siteMaintain strict quality checks against approved samples6. Costing & CommercialsPrepare BOQs and validate project costingNegotiate and evaluate vendor quotesTrack project costs and flag deviations earlySupport the founder/design team during sales meetings when required.7.
