We are an agile and innovative global speciality pharma organisation, partnering with leading pharmaceutical companies to maximise the lifecycle value of established medicines.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Manager (Veeva Vault RIMS Expert) to take ownership of Pharmanovia’s regulatory technology platform. This role is responsible for the administration, configuration, optimisation and continuous improvement of the Veeva Vault RIMS ecosystem, ensuring it supports regulatory operations, data integrity and compliance across global markets. You will act as the subject-matter expert for Veeva Vault, working cross-functionally with Regulatory, Quality, and IT teams to drive platform performance, user adoption, and data quality.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Ownership & Release ManagementLead end-to-end Veeva Vault release management (planning, impact assessment, validation, testing, deployment)Coordinate with Veeva and internal teams for seamless releasesDeliver training and demos for new functionalityData Governance & RIMS Data ManagementOwn regulatory data in Vault RIMS, ensuring accuracy, completeness and complianceManage foundational data (product, variants, packaging)Monitor data quality using KPIs and implement CAPAsLead data migration, cleansing, taxonomy and metadata managementConfiguration & Change ManagementConfigure workflows, lifecycle states, security models, document types and controlled vocabulariesManage change requests end-to-end, ensuring best practices and complianceSupport ongoing system enhancements and internal releasesIncident & Service ManagementLead incident management and issue resolution as the primary escalation pointCoordinate with Veeva support for platform issuesDrive process improvements to reduce incident volumeReporting & InsightsDevelop and maintain reports and dashboardsIdentify data anomalies and ensure reporting accuracyUser Support & AdoptionProvide global user support and training (structured and ad hoc)Create and maintain documentation, work instructions and guidanceAccess & GovernanceManage user access, roles and permissions aligned with governance standardsEnsure compliance with data security and regulatory requirementsContinuous ImprovementIdentify and deliver improvements to enhance system usability and efficiencyProvide quarterly recommendations with measurable impactQualificationsEssential Experience10+ years’ experience with Veeva Vault RIMS or similar systemsVeeva Vault configuration and administrationRegulatory data management and lifecycle processesDocument management systems in life sciencesExperience in GxP-regulated environments (GMP/GDP/GVP)Experience working with SaaS/cloud-based platformsPreferredExperience in regulatory operations, submissions or publishing systemsKnowledge of system validation, testing and Agile methodologiesVeeva Vault certificationsPay range and compensation packageWe offer a competitive salary plus a bonus and rewards package, including holidays, employee recognition awards, social events, a pension scheme, and hybrid working.Equal Opportunity StatementPharmanovia is an equal-opportunity employer.
